That's right, I want you to get sweaty today!
No excuses.
I'll even give you a little push.

  • 2 sets of 25 Pilates criss-crosses
  • 1 POP Pilates/POP Sculpt/Bikini Blaster and 1 Pop Cardio/POP HIIT alternating for 1 hour
